We are great at developing and building semi-automatic machines with the highest possible efficiency. We first proved this with an in-house product for processing chicken fillets, developed in collaboration with a customer. We are steadily building on this.
We always listen carefully to the customer. We look at their practice to see what goes on and establish what is required of the machine we are going to build. We then use our creative and innovative approach to realise the best design. Using the CAD programs Spaceclaim and Solidworks, we can quickly develop and build a prototype, with smart modules that ensure high efficiency. We test that prototype extensively, until it works to your satisfaction. Ultimately, we deliver the complete machine to you; everything under one roof, which has a favourable effect on costs.
Of course, we use a lot of PLC technology in our machines. But our strength is mainly that we can draw and make the most optimal mechanical parts ourselves, thanks to years of practical experience in our own machine factory.
Our knowledge and experience in developing and building machines and conveyor systems make us particularly advanced in the somewhat smaller special machines for the food industry. But of course, we can also serve other sectors. Besides building new machines, you can also call on us to improve and modify existing machines.
