Machining

In addition to deep hole drilling, which forms the core of our business, we specialize in high-quality milling and turning. This allows us to fully machine workpieces in-house, alongside the drilling operation, thus relieving the customer of any additional burden.

We are capable of milling small to medium-sized parts up to 4000 mm in length. One of our milling machines features an integrated fourth axis, enabling 4-axis milling. We also have a double-column gantry milling machine that allows for precise surface planing. Our modern bed milling machine is equipped with a pivoting head, enabling us to machine at any angle. Many of our machines are controlled by a CADCAM system, ensuring high precision and efficiency.

For turning, we handle parts up to 5000 mm in length. One of our CNC turning machines is equipped with driven tools, allowing us to complete the machining of various parts on a single machine that would otherwise require both lathe and milling processes. This significantly reduces time, as machining on multiple machines usually involves extra setup time. This machine also features a turret, allowing for tool changes and ensuring greater dimensional stability during operations.

We deliver milled and turned parts according to the customer’s specifications provided in the drawings. However, based on our expertise, we remain flexible and can suggest modifications to enhance efficiency while maintaining or even improving the quality of the final product.
