Our highly qualified and certified professionals master the well-known MIG/MAG and TIG welding techniques for welding steel, aluminum, stainless steel sheet metal, and structures. We have all the experience and knowledge in-house for both single-piece and series work, ranging from small precision work to large-scale projects. We use modern welding equipment, including the high-quality Fronius brand. On average, we replace our welding equipment every five years, not only to ensure we have the latest welding technology but also to keep the work environment attractive and keep our welders motivated.
Since we frequently work for the food industry, we weld a lot of stainless steel, which requires a specific approach. Our welders have extensive experience in this area. Furthermore, we pay close attention to proper preparation, ensuring that everything is perfectly finished when delivered to the customer.
We have also perfected steel welding, thanks to the many heating plates we process. First, we drill internal holes to allow hot water to flow through. Then, we weld any excess holes in this closed system. To ensure that the sealed holes are 100% leak-proof, we test the heating plate under pressure by compressing it.
